The woman who started it all... She opened the salon almost 28 years ago and has been working there ever since!
How did you get into hairdressing?
Always had a passion for hairdressing from the age of 11, it’s a burning desire from within, still love it. Applied for a full time college course and did 3 years.
What’s your favourite part of hairdressing?
Favourite part is making people feel special, and making them look fabulous.
What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are reading, cooking, spending quality time with my family, spending time with my friends, shopping, researching different hair products.

Our pregnant babe Liliana, goes on maternity leave end of July! She’s Teresa’s right arm in the salon and also one of her daughters.
How long have you been working at Milano?️
I've been working at Milano for 16 years.
How did you get into hairdressing?
My mum inspired me. I worked alongside my mum at a young age at the salon and never looked back.
What’s your favourite part of hairdressing?
Seeing my clients and making them look fabulous also love bridal hair.
What are your hobbies?
A massive foodie , shopping and mumma to Iziah and soon to be baby girl

How long have you been working at Milano?️
I have been working there for a year now.
How did you get into hairdressing?
I got into hairdressing because I was the one that was always asked to do peoples' hair, especially when I was in school. I did the old fashioned curl here and there. My mum and sister always wanted me to brush their hair, so I found my passion through that.
What’s your favourite part of hairdressing?
I do enjoy all aspect as it’s never the same and the end result is always pleasing when your client feels amazing!
What are your hobbies?
I love to go for walks, I am cat collector, I love my Disney, I’m a foodie and I like to spend time with my family and close ones.
Cyndee-Faye

Our new Stylist! She has recently qualified her Level 3 hairdressing.
How long have you been working at Milano?️
I started in April when all the salons opened up. I also work part time in the NHS doing admin.
How did you get into hairdressing?
I‘ve always had a passion for hairdressing. My family have always said when I was a toddler I would never leave the house without a hairbrush and would try to brush anyone and everyone’s hair!
What’s your favourite part of hairdressing?
My favourite part is styling and seeing the clients fall in love with their hair.
What are your hobbies?
I’m a sucker for going on walks with beautiful views! I like reading, I’m a movie go-er, love to go out for food and spending time with family and friends.
